Is there any fee or interest charged on the 15-Lakh loan?

No! The Government of Punjab subsidizes 100% of the markup. You only repay the exact principal amount borrowed (~Rs. 14,000 per month over 7 years) directly to the Bank of Punjab without any hidden interest.

Can female heads of household apply for this loan?

Yes! Widows, female household heads, and female landowners are encouraged to apply and receive priority scoring in the provincial balloting system.

What if my plot is in a village without a computerized registry?

If your plot is in a rural area (Mauza) managed under manual Patwari records, you will need a verified Fard Malkiat Baraye Tamir-e-Makan signed by the Halqa Patwari and Tehsildar, or we can assist in obtaining PLRA verification at our counter.
