• Financial & Billing Data: Utility bill consumer numbers (GEPCO, SNGPL, PTCL), 1Link PSID numbers, and transaction reference numbers.
• Property Records: Khewat/Khatooni numbers, PLRA computerized land record Fard copies, and registry documentation for due diligence verification.
• Contact Information: Active mobile numbers for receiving official OTP SMS verification codes and delivery notifications.

3. How Biometric & Personal Data is Processed

Zero Local Storage of Fingerprint Data: AQ Business Point does NOT save, store, or archive your raw biometric fingerprint data on local hard drives or external storage. Fingerprint scans are transmitted via encrypted end-to-end channels directly to the designated official server (e.g. State Bank of Pakistan 1Link network, NADRA Central Database, or Punjab Land Record Authority) for one-time verification.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized data sharing. Your personal details, telephone numbers, academic records, and property documents are NEVER sold, rented, leased, or disclosed to marketing firms, advertising networks, or unauthorized third parties.

5. Secure Disposal of Physical & Printed Drafts

Any test prints, misprinted job forms, or temporary photocopy drafts containing sensitive applicant information are destroyed and shredded at our Kadhar Pull facility to prevent data leakage.
