Terms of Service & Customer Agreement

1. Scope of Facilitation Services

AQ Business Point operates as an authorized independent multi-service business and facilitation center located at Kadhar Pull, Phalia Road, District Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab under Proprietor Syed Qamar Abbas. We provide technological, documentation, biometric, financial agency, and advisory assistance. AQ Business Point is an authorized private facilitator and agent assisting citizens in interfacing with public and private digital portals (such as NADRA e-Sahulat, 1Link, Punjab E-Pay, PITB, BISP, and PLRA).

2. Client Responsibilities & True Disclosures

Clients utilizing our counter desks agree to:

• Provide 100% genuine, unexpired, and authentic original documents (Smart CNIC, B-Forms, Academic Degrees, Vehicle Registration Cards, or Land Ownership Fards).
• Review all typed application forms, spelling of names, CNIC numbers, and bank account details on the preview monitor before authorizing final submission.
• Assume sole legal responsibility for the accuracy of information submitted for competitive exams (PPSC/FPSC), university admissions, or government loan schemes.

3. Government Fees & Service Charges Policy

All government fee components (such as NADRA Smart Card fees, Passport 1Bill vouchers, Punjab Stamp Duty, TMA fees, and PPSC exam challans) are set by the respective government authorities. Once a government fee challan or 1Link PSID is paid and generated on an official portal, it is strictly non-refundable and non-reversible under government financial rules. AQ Business Point charges transparent, nominal service facilitation fees for counter processing.

4. Mobile Workshop & Hardware Repair Terms

• Data Backup: Customers are advised to back up personal phone data prior to hardware repairs or software flashing. AQ Business Point is not liable for data loss caused by pre-existing motherboard faults.
• Testing on Delivery: Customers must test display touch sensitivity, camera lenses, and speaker functions before leaving the counter.
• Battery Warranty: Replacement 100% health cobalt batteries carry a 6-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects (swelling or drainage). Physical water damage, physical screen cracks, and unauthorized tampering void all warranties.

5. Real Estate Advisory & Land Due Diligence

Property listings, farmland parcels, and plots showcased by AQ Business Point are subject to computerized PLRA land record verification, physical boundary demarcation, and Sub-Registrar execution. While we conduct rigorous title checks on your behalf, buyers and sellers are advised to review original revenue documents prior to executing final registered sale deeds (Baye Nama).

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Province of Punjab. Any legal claims or disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in District Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, Pakistan.
